A little about us….
I created this website as a platform to collaborate with women all over the world who are leading change behind the scene in their own cultures. Women from South-East Asia, the Middle East, North and South America and Africa who have exhibited a high level of complexity and competence in various domains: Art, Business, Politics, Spirituality and Societal transformation in general. The model that I use here is one of distributed intelligence rather than a centralized command model; meaning each woman leads according to her culture’s life conditions rather than a one-size-fits-all Western designed solutions.
My work with both Western and non-Western cultures, and especially with women reveals a lot of misconceptions that women have about each other in general. Women in the Middle East and parts of Asia for example perceive Western women as too cold, liberal and detached; and women in the West think that Middle Eastern women are oppressed and abused. Of course this is a generalization, but sadly it is true. That’s why the main issue we will be discussing on this website and in our teleseminars is the following:
Which Women? Which Value-Systems and mindsets? In Which Cultures? And Which Life Conditions?
Leaders of Our Systemic Alliance
We aim to partner with women and organizations that are making systemic difference in the world, who are including in their solutions-design the value-systems of each culture and the life conditions specific to the countries and organizations they work with.
